Idaho Nonprofit Center CEO to Join Serve Idaho Commission

Amy Little, president and CEO of the Idaho Nonprofit Center, has been appointed by Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter as an ex-officio commissioner for Serve Idaho, the Governor’s Commission on Service and Volunteerism.

“Amy Little brings a wealth of knowledge about the nonprofit community and great enthusiasm for the role of volunteers,” said Renee Bade, program manager for Serve Idaho.

In her position as CEO and president, Little represents the interests of more than 6,000 nonprofits in Idaho, many of whom rely solely on volunteers.  She was previously the director of education impact at the Treasure Valley Education Partnership.  Little is also active as a volunteer, having given her time to Special Olympics Idaho in 2003, to the Cause and Event Foundation for the past five years and by serving as vice president of the Holy Trinity Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) while living in Oregon.
