If you can't remember the answers to your security questions, get help from the teacher, counselor or other staff person who is advising you to use CIS.

My CIS login isn't working

If you are having trouble logging in try the following suggestions:
  • Make sure you are using the correct case (caps or no caps) and not adding spaces at the beginning, in the middle, or at the end of the username or password.
  • To make sure you aren’t typing your password incorrectly, try typing it first in a program such as Notepad or Microsoft Word. Then copy and paste it into the CIS password field. If you use Word, make sure you double check for capitalization or extra spaces.
  • Remember that usernames are not case sensitive but passwords are.
  • If you see a red "Your account has expired" message, get help from the teacher, counselor or other staff person who is advising you to use CIS.
  • Still can't log in? See the teacher, counselor or other staff person who is advising you to use CIS. He or she can help you reset your login credentials.
