The Workforce Development Council Seeks Public Input for State Plan Addressing Idaho’s Critical Workforce Needs
The 2016-2019 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) state plan, developed jointly with Idaho’s state workforce partners, outlines the state’s four-year strategic plan for its workforce development system to meet Idaho’s educational and training needs required for a skilled workforce now and in the future.
The updates to the state plan are open for public comment until March 13. To comment on the plan, email firstname.lastname@example.org

The Title II program in Idaho is administered by the Idaho Division of Professional-Technical Education.
Vocational Rehabilitation programs authorized under Title IV are administered by two agencies in Idaho - the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Idaho Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Each agency is required to submit a separate program plan.
The SCSEP program in Idaho is administered by the Idaho Commission on Aging and is an optional combined state plan partner.
The comment period for Idaho Department of Labor rule changes has passed.
