Primary Purpose
The MSW Program Director will provide leadership in the development and accreditation process for a new MSW program at Idaho State University.  In addition to the administrative duties, the Program Director will contribute to high quality programming and meeting student needs through teaching, research, and service.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative duties required of the MSW Program Director 50%
Teaching 20%
Research 25%
Service  5%

Minimum Qualifications
Doctoral degree in Social Work or closely related discipline; Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program; Experience in administrative work

Preferred Qualifications
At least two years post-MSW practice experience; an active research agenda; ability to obtain social work licensure in the State of Idaho within six months of hire.
