Primary Purpose
To contribute to the teaching, scholarship, and service expectations of a faculty role in the School of Nursing.  The emphasis is on teaching, scholarship, and the continued development of the School of Nursing graduate programs.  

Key Responsibilities
Teach in graduate online programs which include some on campus intensives in DNP programs. Active participation and productivity in scholarship. Service to the university, Kasiska Division of Health Sciences (KDHS) and School of Nursing (SON) consistent with promotion policies in the SON and KDHS.  

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate in Nursing or related field. Hold certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Clinical Assistant Professor
Demonstrated ability to teach.
Record of participation in scholarship with potential for scholarship, research, and grants/contracts.

Clinical Associate Professor
Teaching experience with evidence of teaching effectiveness.
Record of scholarship with dissemination in peer reviewed outlets. 
Record of professional service at the local, regional or state level.  

Clinical Professor 
Demonstrated excellence in teaching in baccalaureate and/or graduate level classroom, clinical, and lab settings.
Established scholarship agenda highlighted by conference presentations and/or publications.
Record of external funding.
Leadership roles in national professional organizations.
Record of mentoring and scholarship development for faculty and doctoral students.

Preferred Qualifications
