Under the direction of the Health Care Division Manager and Nursing Administrator the Adjunct Instructor of Associate of Applied Science Degree in nursing is responsible for the planning, delivery, and evaluation of clinical and lab outcomes in classes composed of students from diverse cultural, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds.
The instructor is also responsible for providing related services and support activities required optimal student learning, safe practice and effective educational programming.
The Instructor is accountable for assisting and supporting the Nursing Administrator as needed in meeting the instructional requirements of the program.
- EDUCATION: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
- Three years full time experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
Hospital nursing experience
Previous teaching experience
Master's Degree in Nursing
