SPECIAL NOTIFICATION:  This position is exempt from classified state service and the rules of the Division of Human Resources and the Idaho Personnel Commission.

Incumbent will serve as the coordinator for all community education and open enrollment workforce training programs.  Provide oversight and support to outreach and special programs.  Provide other program support as assigned including, but not limited to marketing, fiscal tracking, and reporting.

  • Community Education Course Coordination/Scheduling/Building
  • Curriculum and Instructional Supplies ordering
  • Summer Science Camp Facilitation
  • Open Enrollment Online Courses
  • WFT/Community Education Catalogue Facilitation
  • Fiscal Tracking in support of Business Office
  • Division Marketing Support in cooperation with Marketing Department
  • Communications Support (CRM Administration, Email List, etc.)
  • Reporting Support (CTE, Accreditation, Annual Report, etc.)
  • Other related duties 


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office or project management, sales and marketing, or training coordination.  Demonstrated community network in the areas of business, arts, culture, education, or trades is desirable.  


  • Ability to work within a demanding , varied work environment filled with deadlines, multiple projects, and lots of interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and workload prioritizing; expertise in S Office
  • Understanding of profit and loss and basic financial accounting; sales and marketing skills; professional business writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively represent the college in a variety of public and private settings
  • Basic understanding of Idaho post-secondary education policies and procedures are a plus
