Primary Purpose

Teach in the Dietetic Programs, both undergraduate and graduate courses based upon area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Teach courses in the dietetic curriculum (2 courses per semester) dependent upon areas of expertise.   Engage in scholarly activities as outlined in the Clinical Faculty Promotion Documents or Faculty Promotion and Tenure Documents. Participate in University, professional and community service.

Minimum Qualifications

Registered Dietitian/Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Idaho Licensed Dietitian or eligible for Idaho licensure for dietitians
Masters Degree in related field

Preferred Qualifications

Completed doctoral degree, doctoral candidate or enrollment in a doctoral program. *Completed doctoral degree will be considered for tenure track appointment. Experience in teaching college level nutrition courses. Experience in research, scholarship and grant writing.
