RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install, configure and maintain Microsoft SharePoint servers
  • Establish server directory trees, segregating public and private files
  • Design, develop and update information in databases
  • Develop, code, install, test, debug and document Web-based applications
  • Develop web application infrastructure
  • Assure web server and application server technical performance
  • Provide project leadership for multi-faceted integrated database and web applications
  • Diagnose and fix bugs and problems with web applications and/or web sites
  • Research and analyze new technologies
  • Assist in the planning of overall agency strategy regarding web development
  • Insure servers and browsers are configured to provide visibility of site to the largest possible audience
  • Set up and implements web-based CA authorization on web sites, directories and pages
  • Document agency internet services

Applicants will be required to pass a criminal background, credit check, and driver's license record check after a conditional offer of hire.

Minimum Qualifications

Good knowledge of: internet/web tools, technologies and protocols; computer graphic design techniques and related applications.

Experience:  creating web content using modern programming and scripting languages; developing web applications and databases; working with clients performing business analysis to determine web solutions;  recommending new IT solutions and evaluating Web server software and/or operating systems.

Use of Microsoft Visual Studio is preferred.
