ITD is hiring for an IT Systems Integration Analyst at our Headquarters office, located in Boise, Idaho. Become a part of our progressive team as an IT Systems Integration Analyst. This is a challenging career opportunityfor a highly trained, seasoned, and motivated professional. The IT Systems Integration Analyst will work in all phases of the ITD Enterprise Application, Web, DMZ, and IIS environments.  The incumbent must have the ability to participate in or drive multiple concurrent projects in these areas.

  • Develop, support, implement, and maintain complex integrated systems solutions typically involving more than one client and using multiple technologies, platforms, and interfaces;
  • Define technology needs, develop strategic and tactical solutions, and implement solutions using the optimal technology, platform and interfaces;
  • Define system requirements for potential uses of information technologies through working with enterprise management, other technology-oriented staff, and end-user clients;
  • Research available tools and technology to determine alternate technology solutions;
  • Research, implement, and support multiple computing platforms, operating systems, processing environments, and telecommunications technologies;
  • Design, develop, test, and implement new technologies;
  • Conduct group and individual training on the use of integrated hardware and software technologies;
  • Conduct cost/benefit or feasibility analysis;
  • Perform capacity analysis and training.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining integrated (multi-platform) systems in a multi-platform environment.
  • Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving system problems.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience performing software development and technical tasks, such as investigation, analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, and implementation of application environments;
  • Familiar with HTML/XHTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, ASP, Java Suite;
  • Experience with Active Directory, LANDesk, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visual Studio, and SharePoint;
  • Experience with Web and Microsoft IIS environments, load balancers.
  • Experience in physical and virtual server and firewall configurations and operation;
  • Familiar with SQL Database;
  • Knowledge of the software lifecycle including requirements, design, development, implementation, and maintenance, knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS).
  • Demonstrated customer service, verbal and written communication skills, along with team and management skills.
  • Experience/Education: You will receive a score based on your answers
  • You must receive a minimum rating of 57 to pass this examination
  • Exam results will be available online when the review process is complete
