The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is currently seeking an IT Systems Integration Analyst, Senior to provide leadership in the design, development, implementation, qualification, support, and operation of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Enterprise. This position requires in-depth hands-on technical and administrative experience with SharePoint. The position will be working closely in a team environment with other software professionals - developers, architects, QA, and infrastructure and business experts to implement sustainable solutions that satisfy complex needs.

  • Plan for and execute the migration of Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 sites to SharePoint 2010 Enterprise or higher
  • Participate in the design, implementation and administration of SharePoint security
  • SharePoint performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning
  • Plan for and implementing SharePoint failover, backup and recovery
  • Implementation of SharePoint governance
  • Plan for future SharePoint upgrades
  • Other duties as directed

Minimum Qualifications:  (NOTE: Experience must be within the last six years.)  

  • Experience researching, designing and installing a new or enhanced complex integrated system which included multiple technologies and platforms and the resolution of conflicting goals
  • Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving complex multi-architecture and applications software problems
  • Extensive experience installing, administering, tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrading SharePoint sites to SharePoint 2010 or higher
  • Extensive SharePoint 2010 or higher farm administration experience
Additional Qualifications: Are not required; however, having the minimum qualifications and the education and/or experience below will increase your score.
  1. In-depth knowledge of DocAve 5.0 and 6.0. Typically gained by at least three years of experience configuring backups, performing granular restores, and migrating content.
  2. Certified as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in SharePoint within the last 3 years or updated in the last 3 years.
