3. For your application to be accepted at least 6 months of work experience providing or assisting with several recreational activities for geriatric residents in a long-term care facility is required.

  • I have at least 6 month's work experience providing or assisting with several recreational activities for geriatric residents in a long term care facility.
  • I have at least one year work experience, where my job assignment regularly included working in a recreational activity program.
  • I have at least one year work experience in a long-term care facility where providing recreational activities to residents was a major function of my position.


4. For your application to be accepted some experience observing and recording changes in residents' behavior and documenting progress toward treatment goals is required.
