Negotiated Rules Making
In accordance with Executive Order 2020-01 Zero-Based Regulation, the Idaho Department of Labor is conducting a comprehensive review of agency rules.
A Notice of Pending Rulemaking was published in the July 3, 2024, Idaho Administrative Bulletin (Vol.24-7 pages 57-61).
Public meetings will be held Monday, July 15, 2024, and Wednesday, July 17, 2024 to discuss changes to the following rules.
