The Farmworker Services Program ensures that farmworkers receive services of equal quality and proportionate quantity to those received by the non- farmworker population.
 
Migrant and seasonal farmworkers have access to services in all our local offices. In addition, ten of our local offices located in communities with high agricultural activity conduct outreach to farmworkers.
 
The Monitor Advocate Unit is located at 317 West Main Street in Boise. The unit has a farmworker advocate and a complaint specialist to provide assistance with matters related to the farmworker community in Idaho.

Media Campaign
Radio announcements and handouts are circulating aimed at educating farmworkers, farmers and ranchers about the state’s Farm Labor Contractors Licensing program and other related laws, such as minimum wage and health and safety requirements for workers.
