Farmworker Services Program

"As Director of Idaho Department of Labor, I am committed to ensuring that services to farmworkers are a priority within the department."

Roger Madsen
Director, Idaho Department of Labor

The Farmworker Services Program ensures that farmworkers receive services of equal quality and proportionate quantity to those received by the non- farmworker population.

Migrant and seasonal farmworkers have access to services in all our local offices. In addition, ten of our local offices located in communities with high agricultural activity conduct outreach to farmworkers.

The Monitor Advocate Unit is located at 317 West Main Street in Boise. The unit has a farmworker advocate and a complaint specialist to provide assistance with matters related to the farmworker community in Idaho.

The required services to farmworkers are described in the Code of Federal Regulations 20 CFR 653. For a summary of services to farmworkers, please click on Services For Farmworkers publication.
