A consultant who has worked with business owners and executives around the world to improve their operations will discuss strategies for maximizing employee potential with Ada County’s Idaho Department of Labor Employer Association on Feb. 10.
Ron Price, founder of Price Associates in Nampa, has helped companies throughout the United States and in 10 other countries improve relationships, business planning and performance management systems.
Price’s interactive discussion will concentrate on balancing the needs of the employer while maximizing the needs of employees by defining key results reflecting superior performance, outlining significant performance metrics and discussing hindrances. He will focus on the employee’s point of view by looking at the economic, professional and relationship potential.
Price will meet with members of the employer association from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the Salmon Room at the Meridian School District office, 1303 E. Central Drive in Meridian.
