Although this application does not currently run on Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, it should run successfully using IE 8's Compatibility Mode. To set up the Compatiblity Mode: Click the TOOL menu dropdown then click "Compatibility View Settings" Add "http://labor.idaho.gov/iw/" to the Websites in Compatibility View, or check the "Display all websites in Compatibility View" at the bottom of the box. Once set in compatibility mode you may resume filing your new claim or reopen an existing claim by clicking the "IdahoWorks" choice in the menu on the top left edge of the page and then click on the "File New Claim/Reopen Existing Claim" tab. If you continue to have difficulties using the IdahoWorks application, and you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 8 in Compatibility Mode, you will need to do one of the following: go directly to one of our Idaho Labor offices install IE 7 on your computer install IE 8 and add the IdahoWorks website to IE 8's compatibility mode A list of our offices can be found at Idaho Department of Labor.
