Good knowledge of: legal terminology, procedures, and legal ethics; medical terminology and medical documents; Experience: taking minutes; using spreadsheet software; intermediate word processing skills; transcribing; using data base software; using the state of Idaho STARS system; using desktop publishing and related software; collecting and organizing data and managing a data base; selling products or services; International trade; Microsoft Word (advanced level); Microsoft Excel (intermediate and advanced level); Microsoft Access (intermediate and advanced level); interpreting, applying, and explaining complex information; performing lease/contract account management activities. Ability to: keyboard/type at the rate of 50 words per minute; keyboard/type at the rate of 60 words per minute. Willingness to work in a correctional facility.
